Yoga is done at Dreadlocks Drums HQ in Victor Harbor which provides classes for small intimate groups and private group bookings.

For those wishing to practice outside in the elements, we do take our mats out onto the lawn overlooking the valley (weather permitting).

Whether it be for Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation or Sound Baths (or a combination of all), classes are limited to 8 people; they last for 1 hour and are taught by DreadlocksDrums Chief Mama Jo Richards.

Yoga Timetable (Tuesdays/Thursdays)

9-10am Strong & Steady
Yoga poses combined with light resistance work to maintain muscle and bone strength. Expect to feel pleasantly worked, never worn out.

10.30-11.30 Yoga w/weights
Light dumbbells with breathwork and slow flow.

4-5pm Gentle Foundations
The perfect starting point. Slow, guided movements to wake up joints and build confidence on the mat. Props available throughout.

5.30-6.30pm Rest & Restore
Deep, supported stretches and guided relaxation to ease tension, calm the mind and improve sleep. The perfect end to the week.

Prices: Casual $20, 5-Card-Pass $80, 10-Card-Pass $150

(You are allowed 7 weeks to use 5-Card-Pass and 12 weeks to use 10-Card-Pass)
