Half Day Retreat

Celebrate in the beautifull Hindmarsh Valley with your friends, immersing yourself in a 45 minute African drumming workshop, followed by a 45 minute treatment of your choice (Sauna, Massage, Reiki) followed by a 45 minute Yoga session and finish off with a homemade vegetarian lunch. Usually runs from 9am to 1pm. However, we can be flexible on times.
