This is the perfect gift for yourself. Take an hour to relax and be guided into a space of divine peace & meditation. Create an hour of heart felt love to honour yourself as a treat on this special day. You will be guided through a soundscape of digeridoo, crystal bowls, medicine drums, voice, and much more.

Bring a favourite blanket, pillow, yoga mat. I have spares let me know if you need to borrow one.
